You can cancel your order within three days of ordering your item, purely because everything is custom made and we will have already started tailoring your abaya.
All cancellations will have to be emailed on to us and not sent by a means of social media, please allow at least 48 hours for a response from us.
REFUND REQUEST FOR UNSUITABLE ITEM
If you receive your abaya and it is not suitable then we can offer you a full refund providing you return it within three days if you are based in the UK and 5 days if you are in any other parts of the world. The items don’t need to reach us in those time frames, they need to be sent back within that time.
If your abaya isn’t in the same condition as we gave it to you, been worn, or damaged; we will send the item back and refuse the refund
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We do not refund shipping costs. We also do not pay for the shipping fee that will incur when you send the items back to us. It will be you, the buyers responsibility to pay for the courier charge. When items are sent they will need to be sent by a tracking method, and we may require proof that the item is sent. In the unfortunate circumstance that the items are lost, we expect you to insure the items so if need be you can claim any incurred losses. We will not be responsible for lost items being sent back to us
We will however take full responsibility for items lost that we send, we can resend the items or give you a full refund at your request
We do not take responsibility for items being delivered to the wrong address if YOU have given the wrong details in the shipping details that you provide
