We like to give a thorough breakdown of how your order is made and delivered.
We work as a slow fashion business model. We make good quality abayas that will last longer at affordable prices. Which means a majority of the abayas are made to order. Hence, there is a small lead time for when you will receive your abaya.
The processing time is 8 days, after that allow 8 days of manufacturing, then 1 day for quality checks and packing, and finally 8 days of shipping,. Once we have received your abaya, we will personally re-check all items and thereafter dispatch it to you. Totally, you are looking at 20-25 working days for your abaya to arrive unless stated otherwise on the product.
We always make sure we use the 'Signed For' service for all packages.
If you have personally contacted a member of our team with regards to a particular order and have been promised a shorter lead time, please note that the above will not apply.
Sales & Offer Periods
Due to our slow fashion working model and that we provide a wide range of sizes, busy periods will result to longer manufacturing times.
Please understand that at our sale or offer times there will be an approximate 4 day delay on all orders unless stated to you personally otherwise.
We reserve the rights to use a courier of our own choice that is most effective in reaching your abaya/s to you on time.
You can cancel your order within 3 days of ordering your item, purely because everything is custom made and we will have already started tailoring your abaya.
All cancellations will have to be emailed on to us and not sent by a means of social media, please allow at least 48 hours for a response from us.
If you receive your abaya and it is faulty or damaged, we can offer you a full refund providing you return it within 3 days if you are based in the UK and 5 days if you are in any other parts of the world. The items do not need to reach us in those time frames, they need to be sent back within that time with proof of postage.
If your abaya is not in the same condition as we gave it to you, has been worn, or damaged; we will send the item back and refuse the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping costs. We also do not pay for the shipping fee that will incur when you send the items back to us. It will be you, the buyers responsibility to pay for the courier charge. When items are sent they will need to be sent by a tracking method, and we will require proof that the item has been sent. In the unfortunate circumstance that the items are lost, we expect you to insure the items so if need be you can claim any incurred losses. We will not be responsible for lost items being sent back to us.
We will however take full responsibility for items lost that WE send, we can resend the items or give you a full refund at your request.
We do not take responsibility for items being delivered to the wrong address if YOU have given the wrong details in the shipping details that you provide.
